Refund Policy

At SG Shoes, all sales are final.

We maintain a No Refund Policy. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, size, color, and shipping information before placing an order.

If an order is cancelled by SG Shoes due to stock unavailability or any internal issue, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• You receive a defective product.

To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product received.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
